Refund policy
New Equipment
● Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
● Product must be unused and in original packaging
● Shoes and apparel can be exchanged for size issues within 7 days (unused, tags intact)
● Refunds are processed to the original payment method
● Refund processing time: 5–7 working days
● Shipping charges are non-refundable
● Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer
Full refund is applicable only in the following cases:
- Product does not match images or description (reported within 24 hours of delivery)
- Product received damaged in transit (unboxing video mandatory)
- Product proven to be counterfeit
Partial refund:
● If the customer is unhappy or the product does not suit them, an 80% refund will be issued
● 20% is retained as a service charge
● Product must be returned in the same condition as delivered
Additional conditions:
● All returns must be shipped back by the customer using their own courier service
● Inspection takes up to 48 hours after the product reaches our facility
● Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval
● Store credit, if chosen, is issued immediately after return approval
● All clubs are inspected for authenticity, structural integrity, face & groove wear, shaft, and grip condition
● Grades: Excellent | Good | Average
● Cosmetic wear is expected and does not affect performance
● Images may vary slightly due to lighting and angles
Authenticity & Anti-Counterfeit
● Products sourced only from trusted dealers, distributors, and individuals
● Serial number verification and manual inspection conducted
● Proven counterfeit products qualify for a 100% refund
● New equipment: Covered under manufacturer warranty (OEM)
● Pre-owned equipment: Limited functional warranty; no manufacturer warranty applies
● Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
● Post-dispatch cancellations are processed only after the product is returned
● Opened or used products cannot be cancelled
● Golf Garage reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or quality concerns
● Orders dispatched within 48 hours

● Additional charges apply for remote locations
