Do you sell new and pre-owned equipment?
Golf Garage buys and sells pre-owned golf equipment and also curates select new equipment for golfers.
Are all products authentic?
Golf Garage follows a strict anti-counterfeit policy. We do not buy or sell fake or counterfeit products.
Do you have a physical store?
Our office and workshop are located in Noida, Delhi NCR.
Do prices include GST?
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST.
Do you offer club fitting services?
No, Golf Garage currently does not offer club fitting services.
Do you ship across India?
Yes. We ship across India.
● Free shipping on orders above ₹999
● Express shipping is available at an additional cost
● Shipping to Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Daman & Diu is charged separately.
Pre-Owned Equipment
What does “pre-owned” mean?
Pre-owned equipment refers to golf equipment that has
previously been owned and used by another golfer.
How are clubs sourced?
We source clubs from individual golfers, pro shops,dealers, distributors, importers, and club fitters.
How is condition graded?
Golf Garage follows an internal grading system:
Brand New | Mint | Excellent | Very Good | Good | Average
Grading is based on age and physical condition of the club.
Are clubs inspected?
Yes. Every club undergoes multiple inspections before
being listed and again before dispatch.
Are serial numbers intact?
Yes, wherever serial numbers are provided by the OEM, they remain intact.
Are actual product photos used?
Yes. Only original images of the exact product for sale are displayed.
Do pre-owned clubs have warranty?
Yes. Golf Garage provides a limited warranty covering:
● Product authenticity
● Product matching images and description
● Shaft, hosel, and grip assembly defects for up to 3 months
New Equipment
Are products brand new?
Yes. All products listed under “New Equipment” are brand new and unused.
Do new clubs carry manufacturerwarranty?
Yes. Manufacturer warranty applies. Warranty claims must be raised directly with the OEM.
Are custom orders available?
Yes, custom orders are available on select products.
Are returns allowed?
● Custom clubs are non-returnable
● Other new products can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging
● Unboxing video is mandatory for transit damage claims
Orders & Payments
Processing & delivery timelines
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours.
● Free shipping: 5–7 days from dispatch
● Express shipping: 2–3 days from dispatch
Payment methods
Only prepaid orders are accepted. Payments can be made
via Razorpay, PayU, Easebuzz, UPI, Net Banking, or Bank Transfer.
Order tracking
Tracking details are shared via email and WhatsApp after dispatch.
Delays or failed delivery
Delivery delays may occur due to logistical reasons. In the rare event of delivery failure, Golf Garage will take full responsibility.
