Our operations are geared towards minimising waste and maximising resource utilisation. We have implemented a zero-waste policy in our workshop, where we recycle or repurpose all materials. The only plastic used in our products is for the safeguarding of clubs during transit. Our commitment to sustainability goes beyond our products and production processes and is at the core of our values.

Since November 2020, we've teamed up with Delhivery courier services to deliver our products to your doorstep. And the best part? If your order value is above Rs 999 /-, you don't have to pay a single rupee for delivery anywhere in India!

Our shipping partner of choice is Delhivery couriers, through which we dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt, except on holidays and Sundays. The delivery time for orders after dispatch is around 5-6 days, although this may vary depending on the delivery location.

We offer a full refund if a customer receives a product that doesn't match the description or is damaged during transit. The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. For damages during transit, we require an unboxing video. Claims for damage must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

We understand that sometimes, an item may not fit or meet your expectations. Due to this, returning or replacing an item with Golf Garage is a straightforward process. Our policy allows for hassle-free returns and replacements within 7 days of purchase. We prioritise customer satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth and quick resolution to any issues.

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so only if it has not been dispatched from the Golf Garage workshop. Our standard dispatch time is up to 24 hours, except on holidays and Sundays. In the event that you cancel before dispatch, we will process a full refund within 24 hours. However, please note that it may take 5-6 days to receive the credited amount back to your original payment method.

If the product has already been dispatched, you may still cancel your order. However, you will need to send the package back to GG at your own expense without opening it. Once the product reaches our workshop in Noida, we will initiate the refund process.

Yes, you can sell your used golf clubs to Golf Garage. We have made the selling process easy and simple for you. All you need to do is click on the "Trade In" section on our main menu and follow the instructions. We assess the value of your clubs based on their condition and age, and offer you a fair price. At Golf Garage, we ensure that you receive a fair value for your old clubs and that we maintain quality standards by thoroughly checking each and every product before putting it up for sale.
